Solvent-based ink specifically designed for Continuous Inkjet (CIJ) printers, compatible with the high-speed jetting systems of CIJ equipment. 1.2 liters (L), meeting the consumable needs of mass production scenarios; 825 milliliters (ml), suitable for standard or small CIJ equipment. Pure black, with uniform and clear color, suitable for high-contrast marking requirements. Methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) solvent ensures optimal ink atomization and jetting accuracy, supporting stable equipment operation. Fast-drying due to its volatile nature, eliminating the need for additional drying equipment. Excellent adhesion on metal, glass, PVC, and other plastic surfaces, ensuring durable and non-peeling codes, suitable for diverse substrate marking. Volatile formula enables rapid curing, adapting to high-speed production lines and effectively preventing code smudging or blurring. MEK solvent balances solubility and volatility, reducing the risk of equipment clogging and lowering maintenance frequency. Suitable for general industrial coding and marking, covering: Coding types: date codes, batch codes, traceability codes, etc.; Application substrates: plastic bags, cables, automotive parts, and various other industrial products.The product has a shelf life of approximately 2 years. It is recommended to use it within the shelf life; expired ink may lead to abnormal viscosity, reduced adhesion, or nozzle clogging, affecting printing quality.
