TIJ Thermal Inkjet Cartridges & Coders (Overview)
Thermal inkjet (TIJ) is the cartridge-based alternative to CIJ: no make-up fluid, almost no maintenance and very sharp codes on cartons and flat packaging. MufengTech runs a dedicated site for this range.
Full TIJ product details, specifications and prices are on our sister site MufengTech · TIJ Inkjet (tijinkjet.com).

CIJ or TIJ?
- Choose CIJ for very fast lines, curved or uneven surfaces (bottles, cans, cables, pipes) and non-porous materials where the print head cannot come close to the product.
- Choose TIJ for high-resolution codes, barcodes and QR codes on cartons, paper and flat packaging, where a cartridge swap is easier than managing ink and make-up.
Not sure? Send us a photo of your product and line — we supply both technologies.
Send us your printer model, product and line speed — we will match the CIJ printer, ink or make-up.
